Below, you will find the details of our shipping policy. 

1. Shipping Within Germany

For orders with a total value under €50: A shipping fee of €5 applies.

For orders with a total value of €50 or more: Shipping is free of charge.

2. Shipping to EU Countries 

Supported Destinations

We currently ship to the following countries under our standard EU rates:

Central Europe: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Switzerland.

Southern & Northern Europe: Hungary, Italy, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.

Eastern & Northern Europe: Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Portugal, Romania.

For orders with a total value under €100: A shipping fee of €10 applies.

For orders with a total value of €100 or more: A reduced shipping fee of €6 applies.

4. Global Orders 

For customers outside the EU, please contact us directly at unneshop@julangdv.com to place your order and receive information about shipping options and fees.

5. Multiple orders

If you have multiple orders with UNNE, we will combine all your items and arrange shipment once the total value of the shippable products reaches:

€50 within Germany, or

€100 within EU countries

This means you can place multiple orders, and once the items are in stock and the combined value meets the above threshold, we will ship them together. If you wish to combine your orders, please contact order@julangdv.com.

Due to the high uncertainty of international logistics, we may combine items from multiple orders to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

If combining orders leads to overcharged shipping fees, we will include a complimentary gift of equal value to compensate.

6. Delivery FAQ

How long does delivery take? Typically 2–5 business days depending on your location.

Is my package insured? Yes, all DHL shipments are insured and include a tracking link.

Customs & Duties: For non-EU countries (like Switzerland, Norway, or the UK), additional customs fees or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
